Q:    How do I apply for an apartment?
A:    Fill out an application and deliver it to:
      Three Oaks Properties LLC
      509 W. Forest, Ypsilanti MI 48197
An application fee will be required

Q:    How much is the Security Deposit?
A:    The equivalent of one month's rent

Q:    Do you allow pets?
A:    Yes.  However, we do not allow pets of a dangerous breed.
A pet deposit required to cover any damages caused by the pet.

Q:    Where do I mail my rent check?

Q:    Where can I deliver my rent check?

      Office is on East side of building.

Q:    What if my rent is late?
A:    If your rent is not delivered to Three Oaks office on or before the due date, a 7-day demand notice is
automaticaly triggered. If your rent is not received within that 7-day period, you will receive a
30-day notice of eviction.

Q:    Are there late fees applied if my rent is late?
A:    Yes, your lease states the amount and conditions of your late fee.
It is to be paid along with your regular payment.

Q:    How do I get my Security Deposit back?
A:    Leave the apartment in the same condition as it was when you moved in.  All damages will be charged and
withheld from the Security Deposit.  Damages that exceed the Security Deposit will be billed the Tenant.
Before you move out, Three Oaks Properties management will help you identify any damages that will cost
you money.

Q:    When do I get my Security Deposit back?
A:    Within 30 days after your lease ends.
